According to the announcement of developer (20 April 2008), The price of Presidency and Legacy Towers was increased as following:

• Presidency Tower: 8%
• Legacy Tower: 1.5%  (for both  3 years and 5 years payment plan)

So, New selling will be done according to new prices.
