WADI STAR does not charge its customers any commission for the services rendered. All payments and contracts will be between the customer and the developer.

WADI STAR provides its customers the advantage of commission-free sales that can only be provided by developers with all the advantages of all the add-on services provided by Real Estate Agencies and much more.

WADI STAR will provide consultancy services to allow the clients make the best choice in their Real Estate Purchase decisions.


WADI STAR provides an array of Add-on services to customers including the following:

• Regular update on the status of construction
• Support in customers local language
• Consultation on all legal aspects on Freehold/Leasehold real estate ownership in UAE
• Regular updates on the market price of the units bought by its customers.
• Follow-up with the developer to promptly provide the customer with the reservation and sales contracts.

In addition to brokerage for new real estate projects, WADI STAR provides the following services:

• Relocation packages including furniture transportation, utilities connections and developer sponsored Residence visas.
• Title deed registrations.
• Furnishing of units
• Company Registration for owners of commercial units.
• Resale and Lease of Units.
• In unit maintenance and maid service.
