Payment Terms

The prices mentioned (Total price and price per sq.ft) is the lowest. It depends on the floor number and the position on the floor.

• DEPOSIT DOWN PAYMENT 10%
• 5% ON SIGNING THE CONTRACT (Whithin 30-40 days)
• 1st to 12th Installments @ 1.5% Per Month
• 13th Installment @ 5% PM
• 14th to 25h Installments @ 1.5% PM
• 26th to 37th Installments @ 1.5% PM
• 38th Installment 5%
• 39th to 60th Installments (21% divide by 22) : 22 Months
