Q1. How can i pay / transfer the downpayment for reservation a unit?

First of all, you should notice that you will not pay the downpayment to us, But you pay directly to the developer.

If you are non-resident, We send you the bank details of developer. Then you can transfer the money via Banks or Exchange Institutes of your country to bank account of developer in UAE.

If you are UAE resident, We can introduce you to the developer for paying the downpayment directly. Although you can use of the non-resident solution.

Q2. Is there any any transaction fee or other hidden cost for the buyer?

No, You just pay the developer's price and not more.

Q3. What should i do for reservation a unit?

• Choose a unit in one of the projects.
• After confirmation, You wil transfer / pay the downpayment.
• Fill out the reservation form / agreement and sign it.

We will send your reservation form to the developer. After signing and and stamping by the developer, The reservation agreement will be resent to you. Then you will wait for receiving the main agreement (selling & purchasing agreement).
